Amir Levine
Relationship therapy provides a welcoming and secure space where you can reflect on your relationship and explore pathways toward change or acceptance.
The foundation of my work is rooted in Attachment Theory—the understanding that our earliest relationships with parents, caregivers, and family systems profoundly influence the way we connect with others throughout life. I draw upon a range of approaches which is often called 'Integrative Therapy'. I may be directive at times and offer ideas about techniques to try in the session or at home.
My role is to help slow the pace, gently unravel the underlying causes, and bring clarity to complex situations affecting relationships.
Together, we will focus on cultivating a strong, trusting therapeutic alliance. This relationship becomes the foundation from which you can explore what truly matters and find the confidence to engage with relationships authentically.
My commitment is to the relationship itself, rather than to the individuals, supporting them wherever they are on their journey.
